Visit our restaurant 'Le Bouchon' at Attwoods. Chef Sean Marshall (ex Deja Vue, Hell of the North, Nomad NYC) has created a four course set menu, changing monthly. The French ‘Bistronomique’ style food, using seasonal produce from the kitchen garden, pairs beautifully with Troy’s European inspired wines.Bookings recommended.

Amuse: Petit French onion soup

Entrée: Orange roughy poached in miso butter, prawn mousseline, crustacean sauce

Main: Navarin of lamb with soft polenta

Dessert: Classic crème brulee

SEPTEMBER MENU

Amuse: Blue swimmer crab, cauliflower and kombu mousse

Entrée: Charred Wagyu tataki, ponzu, horseradish & tarragon cream

Main: Duck a l’Orange, braised endive, glazed daikon

Dessert: Milk chocolate espuma, coffee and cookie crumble
