Le Bouchon is like coming to our home for lunch. Chef prepares a set 4 or 5 course menu, changing monthly. Below is a sample menu only, please email us if you have any specific dietary requirements.
Amuse bouche: Spanner crab, pickled daikon, caviar
Entrée: Koji caramelised scallops, cauliflower, salted plum and apricot
Signature dish: Black truffle poached lobster, crustacean sauce
Main: Wagyu short rib, Pont Neuf potato, ponzu hollandaise
Dessert: Black Sesame crème brulée
